Hey boy,
You know what? you won't and can't know it all and it's okay!
You are about finishing secondary school and with the situation of things in regards of getting admitted into the university and to be honest it is a worthy fear because it is really hard but you have to believe in yourself and be brave enough to face your final exams with enthusiasm and positivity because if anyone can pass that exams it should be you.
Things are really rough with you right now, financially and its not about to get any better but you are learning to be stronger and you are going to need that strength and resolve to progress no matter the surrounding circumstances and guess what just believe as you'd always done...this one too will pass.
The friends you have right now are going to be lifelong friends and they will turn out good, you know why? because I believe in your sense of judgement and you should too. Help when you can and don't beat yourself up about those you can't because contrary to what you think, they believe in you much more than you yourself.
Finally I will say, hold on to your norms and believe in yourself because they will love you for that and that might become your selling point, even those who don't seem to like you, they will eventually because you are awesome, forget the inadequacies you think you have. You have all you need to be the Engineer you always dreamed of. Don't ever thinking of rushing to grow up because in the end it is overrated.
Just hold on keep listening to "it will get better in time" cos it surely will.
It will all make sense soonest...Just believe and keep being you.
