Dear 16-year-old self,
I know you had a bad day but still good day to you!
Sedrich and the rest of the boys are not worth your tears. You are strong and not a subject of bullying unless you let them do that to you. They got mouths, you got head. You are over them. Stop that non sense childish cry!
You pay attention to me because I knew you more than you can imagine. You may be raised from a broken home but it is not an excuse not to be happy for the rest of your life with so many friends. Most of your days were spent of choosing to be aloof and not talking to anyone. Your imaginary friends in your imaginary world won't help you to grow as a real person. Remember that we are social beings. The books you've read are not enough. Your rich imagination won't help. You need more experience with real people.
Enjoy your golden teenage years! You are thinking older than your age that's why you missed a lot of things at your young age. Don't just read Nancy Drews. I know you like Sweet Valley High and Archie Comics. Don't be pretentious not to feel that gushy feeling of a teenager. Don't feel bad about having crushes. ๐ It is just a normal teenage thing.
Don't be afraid to try or learn a lot of things. Fear is also afraid of itself. It is just a mind dweller. Learn how to ride a bicycle and swim at your age. You will have difficulty learning these things in the future. BELIEVE ME! ๐
SMILE!!! To be happy is a choice. Choose to be happy. Choose life! There maybe a lot of negative things happened in your life since birth but always remember His words in Romans 8 :28 "All things work together for good to those who loved God..."
There are lots of reasons to be happy. Don't waste your time to be sad. I'll get more wrinkles if you do. ๐
Lovingly yours,
