Ace of Discs is the beginning of something manifest. Inverted means there is a delay.
If you have already begun to manifest (projects, buying/selling, travel, school) you may experience a slight delay.
If you are actually beginning a new project etc you will certainly have a set back and a reassessment will be necessary.
