Roasted soy sauce fish.

Material:
Grilled fish
1 cm ginger
4 cloves garlic
3 cloves of red onion
1 cm turmeric

Way:
- Fish cleaned offal without cleaning its scales. Blend of ginger, turmeric, 4 white bawnang, 3 onion. Apply to fish plus lemon juice. Leave an hour in the refrigerator. After an hour, remove and add salt.
- Blend marinade.
