This restaurant that I am about to review has been around since the early 1980's. This shop located at the famous Gaya Street in the heart of Kota Kinabalu City, is always bustling with customers young and old. I can't remember how many times that I have came here, but when I am around this area, I will surely drop by to have a taste of their delicious noodles or their famous baked and steamed buns.
I was in KK City the other day with my wife, and took the opportunity to have our breakfast there. We came just after 9.30am, so the restaurant was not packed as usual. The waitress came and asked for our order. Here are some of the menus available as being displayed on the wall and stall.
Here are what we have ordered.
Before we left, we also ordered a few baked buns to take home. The buns is so fresh and smells so good, I can't resist from buying a few.
This restaurant is quite nice in my opinion, it is always filled with customers especially during breakfast and lunch hours. It opens daily from 5.00am till 5.00pm, and serves non-halal food. Its a good place for a quick breakfast and lunch, but not for hanging out. Unless of course when it is not crowded such as in the afternoon.
