..good morning everybody!..
..lunchtime!!..and cause it’s my free day, I will take my time and enjoy a small menu, of course self made..as cooking makes me thirsty, I start with a cold south german beer, what can never be a mistake..the first plate you see, it’s a yummy bruschetta (toasted white Brest with garlic, tomatoes, basil and olive oil), pimped with mozzarella, grilled vegetables..
..delicious!..and soo simple to make..
..time for the next dish, the appetizer did it’s job..even, if it doesn’t seem to be winter, cause it’s warm, anyway, a typical wintertime-dish is following..a barbaric-duck haunch with a classic orange-sauce (not real..like to cook freestyle..), spiced with laurel, cinnamon, black pepper..side dish is a classic one too, it’s dumplings and red gabbage..hmmm, it’s making death men awake..
..after a glass of dark red wine, it’s time to chill..and after that a little sweet should follow...I decided to go with ice cream with two kinds of topping, raspberry and chocolate...
..meanwhile, enjoy yourself a handsome lunch, the best for body, soul and mood..
..soo, that’s from here..after a well rolled cigarette, it’s definitely time for my sofa...
