Our friends were the first ones to try this authentic ramen, and they want us so badly to try this one. So we gave it a go.
We arrived at the plaza where the vendor would park his mobile cart a little early so that we will be the first ones to be served. They only have one table for customers who will dine right there and then, so being early means that we will have the table!
When the mobile cart arrived, we immediately placed our orders, while they were yet setting up the cart.
Suzuki Authentic Food serves only four dishes, namely, ramen (quick-cooking noodles), okonomiyaki (savory pancake), maki sushi (rice and raw vegetables wrapped in seaweed), and karaage (deep-fried coated meat). But this time they only have ramen, okonomiyaki, and maki sushi. And we tried them all.

Ramen noodles are freshly made. The owner makes the noodles himself, day after day. So, it is always fresh!
This is probably the best ramen I've ever savored. The noodles tasted so good, and the broth is not oily nor salty--just the way I love it. I added chilli on mine and it made the ramen even more delicious to devour.
This ramen is very affordable. It only cost P90 (less than $2). And it has the same--or even better--taste from the ramen at the malls and shops, which are triple the price.
I'm so glad our friends were a bit pushy to make us try this authentic Japanes ramen, and I'm so glad that we gave in! I am so into this ramen, that even when I am making this post, I am craving for it!
