Good Souls Kitchen: Best vegan restaurant of Chiang Mai

I’m not vegan or even vegetarian. However, I’m a big fan of both cuisines. The reason is simple… Both, vegan and vegetarian cuisines are super creative! In terms of flavors, using spices and even different methods of cooking, yes, they are rich!

And more and more is getting easy to find vegan and vegetarian restaurants everywhere. Here in Chiang Mai, I’ve tried some… But nothing compared to Good Souls! Definitely one of the best places I’ve ever been to!

Good Souls Kitchen

Good Souls is a charming vegan restaurant located close to Old Town, in Chiang Mai, Thailand. They are totally vegan and offer many different types of dishes, from pasta to salads, and also burgers. The burgers, however, are the star of the menu. Most vegans that are visiting the town also visit the restaurant to try the famous burgers.

Mushroom burger

If you follow me here on Tasteem, probably you know that I’m crazy about mushrooms. And I feel blessed to be in Asia since here the variety of mushrooms is huge!

Since I saw the mushroom burger on the menu, I didn’t have any doubt about what to ask! The menu of burgers also includes quinoa, beetroot, and tempeh. I order mine with vegan cheese and it was fabulous!

All the burgers come also with fries and vegan mayo. Really really tasty and crunchy!

Vegan tiramisu: why not?

I went to Good Souls with a german friend that just arrive Chiang Mai. And, for welcoming her, of course we decided to share a dessert! We decided for the vegan tiramisu, made with cashew nuts cream instead of mascarpone cheese... Uou! No words to describe it! Was perfect!
