Ok, it seems it's pretty normal. But for me, this was the first time going to running/moving sushi restaurant....and I almost died of overeating :D Like...literally..died. I just couldn't stop.
Those tiny plates were just rotating right next to my face. Full of various fresh sushi pieces I have never even seen yet. It was like a heaven. Not "like a"...IT WAS HEAVEN!
And I was taking one plate after another without a shame. Ok..I was actually pretty ashamed as I was eating with a speed worth of someone starving. But there just wasn't a stopping to it, even if I'd try. And the plates were slowly starting to pile...
Now imagine my sister doing the same and out parent not being the most noble eaters either. We were slowly starting to resemble a buffer table for dirty plates. Thanks god a waiter noticed and came over to "rescue" from under all those plates. Wooohoo, now we can start all over again :)
And we did...never ending row of sashimis and makis and various deserts was just comiing and coming and coming....My belly was getting bigger and bigger and the pressure on my belt stronger and stronger :D
After 40 minutes of eating piece after piece, I just couldn't continue..by this time, the waiter came 4 times to clean the mess and take our empty plates away. I really don't know whether it's normal or not :D Anyway, the price for one person was 17$ without drinks sooo I guess we didn't really cause that much damage to the restaurant. They got their cut for sure.
After all this was done, I barely managed to stand up and there was only one thing I needed - toilet. I rushed in there as my belly was really about to explode I felt :D Then some magic happened and I was ready to leave the restaurant :D Wash the hands as the civilized people do - and there I found a suuupercool sink. In the half-retarded overeaten state I was at in the moment, I almost panicked and thought there's no sink :D But then I got it :D It was a cool one..
