New milk tea shop opened on Pham Ngu Lao street. The restaurant is easy to find because it is located on a busy street.
The restaurant has the space to fit and the decor in white tone pretty much! Suitable for self-pleasure with friends
Menu & Drinks
The drink of the restaurant is quite high, especially fresh milk pearl sugar and oolong milk 3 floors. I used to drink STTCDD in many places but here I see the most ok, just mouth, not tastes nor too pale. Drinks are on the cheap side.
