An outsider opinon, who follows the vigilante and Jeff since 2-3 years:
I was waiting for a totally different "documentary"... after this 2 episodes it is more likely a brazilian or turkish soap opera, or if it plays in Mexico, lets say Mexican without Mexicans...
From the script, film making point, it is all about conflicts between humans, what happens all the time, but they even set it up, that's all about it.
About the anarchist thing, i knew for a long while, there are mainly 2 types, the white-trash, broke, poor cathegory and the anarcho-capitalist types, whose are doing fine. And they are not much different if it comes to money. (few weeks ago Jeff bagged for some musician for 1k, who made him some videos... but he "officially" giving away, as charity much more in every month to unknown people, but not for those who made something for him... "strange"...at least...)
So basically, not a single word was about how can they support or provide anything if someone leaves the psycho western slavery - except the free accomodation, where that Paul guy made some mess. But they did not even say anything further more detailed things about it. Yes there is a place, where you can come stay there for a while, there are people in the more or less "community" whose doing fine financially, they run these kind of business, where they don't force you into slavery, extortion and you can start there your life within sort period of time...
nope. it was the shining rich life (with ideologies, what has no material backing) vs. ghetto life, you can do that anywhere in the west, and basically all around the world, all about $$$$...
and of course, the crypto thing... basically they don't really focus for anything else, don't provide deeper facts in this "documentary", just mentions few things, except human conflicts... really like a Mexican soap opera, the very rich ones, and the slaves... boring, even annoying in this way...
and that comes through only, there is the same, similar non-existing communities, society like all around world, west...
probably the producer is a beginner, or more likely, she wanted to serve it as a mess, don't know much about the other guy... they don't close any lines in the first 2 episodes, just chaos about everything...
probably someone there, could make an alternative - not even connected or oppose to this one -, just for alternative videosharing sites, how does it look like and do not focus for the human conflicts, focus for the "boring" part, as for those, who know about it, more interested in that part, how to live outside of the system, more or less quiet life somewhere, and do not be a lifetime slave for any hordes, still having some not ghetto type of standard of living...
anyone???
