I wanted to put up a quick note to fill in people who may be living under a rock about the goings on here in Team Australia and some exciting news on the plans moving forward.

As most of you would know (apologies for repeating myself to those that follow me personally), I aim to take this group out into the big wide world and flex our muscles to get a bigger uptake of Australian users and start clawing some market share away from Fakebook. As such, I want to do some very community minded activities such as charitable donations, assisting in disasters that kind of thing. More of that to come later.
In exciting news moving forward, we will be having a new website created, I registered the domain today, and I'm in the process of registering a business name for the group if the need was to arise in the future.
I'm also moving away from 1 job 1 person model, I'm looking to have set "Tasks" be that marketing, recruiting, finance, curating etc and having people gravitate to areas that they enjoy. I want to keep everything fluid and easy, but still have some structure to help everything move along nicely.

But most importantly, I want everything to remain fun. You all need to enjoy yourselves in here and feel rewarded be it monetarily or mentally for your time spent in Team Australia.
