Cross Canada Trekking - Part 10 [The Second Day of Stay in The VANCITY 🚐]

Ah yes, Vancouver, known informally as VAN CITY, or VANSCHHE(I just made that second one up. But yes, an interesting city, Nestled in amongst the ocean, some forests and the mountains. Quite a lot to do there. A lot of sights to take in for sure. This was the day that we stumbled into the DTES (the Downtown East Side) where there are a lot of substance abuse issues. I think that just doing 'touristy' things tends to wear me out, and this day was no different. I think also seeing the DTES kinda put me in a bit of a depressive slump too. I was just so blown away by what I had seen there. But I'm not going to re-post those pictures here since I already made a dedicated post about that.

Technically the day started off for me in the Trailer Park we were staying at. Well, according to my camera EXIF settings in the pictures. I can't remember if I had remembered to properly adjust the time on my camera to account for the change in the time zones. I certrainly don't remember it being past midnight when I was taking these photos, but for sake of simplicity, I'm just going to run with it.
