We were taught to relax and remain calm whenever we are under pressure. As those who can remain calm under pressure has the characteristic of a great leader.
Some people may have problem trying to keep calm due to environment and stress but there are reputation to keep.
Even myself have a reputation to keep, with my job and responsibility..I need stay calm and be able to smile when I'm dealing with clients, staff and the management.
I choose to remain calm.. I choose to smile..even i feel like screaming at someone..i still choose not to.
I choose to use simple english or good language even sometimes i wish I can say ,'WTF' 'Bi#*H' you know..all those bad..foul language/words we banned our kids from using.
Expressing our anger using physical and verbal may be satisfying but you might need to think before you react as what we say or do things that you regret later.
Whatever problems or stressful event you are facing, keep calm and don't let ANGER control you.
Meditate, pray, walk in the park are just some activities we can do to relax our mind.
So before you react on anger, stop..relax and keep calm.
