Had the privilege to view a really beautiful property in Malaysia called LaVile Kuala Lumpur
Its one of the "hot new condominiums" suitable for small families or for people who are looking into investments for rentals in Kuala Lumpur. About 80% has already been sold out and surprisingly a strong percentage were taken up by investors from overseas mainly Hong Kong and China.
My buddy Lawrence gave a very in depth talk on the potential of getting this property plus the strategy on making it profitable from an investors point of view. Each unit comes fully furnished and is literally ready to move in as soon as you get the keys. Just need to bring in your suitcase.
Things I didn't really know until today :
- Malaysia is known to be ranked 78 on the most affordable place to buy a property. Literally per square meter is average at RM1900 which is roughly at $500 per sq meter. Compared to London which is about close to $3,000 - $12,000 per square meter of real estate. So if you bought a condo in London, you can literally buy a dozen or two in Malaysia
- Malaysia makes it one of the best place to enjoy your retirement, cheap and good property and super affordable food
- MM2H ( Malaysia My 2nd Home ) initiative by the govt increases the volume of foreign families coming and settling down in Malaysia by about 20% - 30% year on year. Last year there was about 3,200 individuals
Of course a selfie with my friends before we left the "preview"
It would be pretty awesome if property developers in Malaysia starts accepting crypto currencies to buy properties, new development would be snatch in minutes by both local and foreign investors. Imagine buying a really high end ad beautiful condo with 15 BTC
Some of the popular individuals who had invested in this property were Malaysian's own Olympic Silver Medalist Datuk Lee Chong Wei and also another one is a famous Hong Kong Actor Andy Lau.
