This green curry is absolutely gorgeously delicious. Seriously, I can drink the whole bowl of the green curry, although I know it is very fattening due to the coconut milk. But, how to resist such tasty stuff?
Okay, I have a secret to tell you. The other day, my family and I went for dinner at a restaurant which also serves Thai food. My hubby order green curry with chicken cubes. After he finished his meal, I looked at the big bowl and saw the huge amount of green curry still in there.
I thought, "What a waste!"
The next thing I noticed was he didn't use his spoon to scoop the chicken and brinjals from the green curry but using the green curry's bowl spoon instead. That means it was not contaminated (sorry to use this word haha) by his saliva. So I had this brilliant idea.
Needless to say, I asked the waiter to help me pack the green curry although there was nothing inside. The waiter double checked again to ensure he heard correctly.
That's how I got the green curry. Haha!
I steamed two chicken drumsticks and some potatoes. Later on, I heated up the green curry and poured it onto the drumsticks and potatoes.
Voila!!! My yummy meal!!! =)
So, do you do such thing like me? Please say yes so I don't feel weird. Just kidding.
