Long hour queue as early as 2 am in front of the main gate of the hall,these a Philippino who want to do passport renewal and even a new passport application,the last time they visit Kota Kinabalu was back somewhere May or June last year 2017 (during Ramadhan). Only 120 applicant are accepted daily and the service last for five days,but untill the very last day still there's a lot of applicant waiting and hoping to get through.
I woke up as early as 2 am to ensure some of my client queuing there to get the spot which most of them are under renewal and even new application due to defect passport and lost passport report,as this very important to them to ensure the work permit and visa is valid for them to work here in Sabah.
By the end of the day out of 15 of my client only one get through the spot,some gave up to the long queue ..give up with the situation...and some injured her leg as she got stomp,fell into the drain and fainted during this process.
I can't comment much here,but I feel their frustration,some queuing untill 5 days and still can't get any spot.
Next schedule will be in Sandakan ( east coast Sabah) I hope there a luckfor my client over this.
