Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I was oblivious of the state of Aceh back then in 2001 as I was young back then. It certainly does feel different, reading it from someone who survived in the modern-era war, as compared to reading diaries of war like Anne Frank. May your country ever be a peaceful one, I pray.
