Have you tried the personality test. in my previous post? Did it speak out to you as it did for me?

As I have mentioned in my earlier post, my personality chart leans most to the Influencer segment followed by Compliance, Steadiness and the least is Dominance. Dominance being only at 2%. (I mean, what even???)

Here’s a brief explanation on these segments:-

Influencer

People-based
Those in this segment loves to connect with people and is open. With an advantage whereby relationship are being formed easily by those dominant in this segment.

Compliance

Task-based
Precision, accuracy and perfection is quite a must to those that have a high percentage in this segment. Change will knock them off balance. Therefore, is a NO NO.

Steadiness

People-based
Talented in listening, understanding and bringing unity among the ‘gang/community/society and etc’. Clearly explains why they would want to avoid conflict at all costs. UNITY is a necessary.

Dominance

Task-based
Being highly dominant means ADVENTURE, CHALLENGE and ACHIEVEMENT. Routine is quite a challenge for those highly dominant but not necessarily applicable in all ocassions (so don’t quote me on this 😜).

I’ve never felt ever so grateful for having these embedded in my personality.
I’ve always overlooked these and never taught of it as a crucial factor to find my true-self (clearly is an important factor to find your purpose).
