This post come rather late after joining steemit last year Aug , but has non active due to work commitment and etc.

My name is Alvin Quek Totu, i am in my Mid 30s . I am running a small humble Travel Agency called Totally Borneo Holidays mainly doing Inbound & Outbound Tours. The company also manages Beringgis Fireflies Cruise, catering tourist to see Fireflies by the river at night (#Will write a post about this Place Soon)
I am a Sino Kadazan (Chinese + Native) based in Penampang , Sabah. I speak 6 Languages (English,Malay,Mandarin,Hakka,Cantonese,Kadazan) - Kadazan=Native Language widely spoken in Sabah.
Tourism has been in the blood since finishing High School, literally from a Practical Student to a Tour Van Driver, to Licensed Tour Guide then to Tour Operations Department, then to Sales & Marketing. In total , i have been blessed to be in the Tourism Industry for about 16 years now, and i am still learning the trade till today.
I am also blessed to have Good Employer's who has shown me trick and trades of the Industry in which till today (my Ex bosses)we still can have Coffee and Tea together sharing info and sharing ideas. After coming back from Leeds,UK finishing my degree, literally my Ex Boss adsorb me to work for him AGAIN (of cause with higher pay :) . Nonetheless, as we speak 2018 now, industry has changed a lot paradigm and structure , i like to use the word Evolve as the World is Evolving.
With this said, in midst along the 16 years , opportunities comes along to be a Licensed Real Estate Agent about 8yrs ago, therefore currently , 30%-40% of my time will be in Property Agent Business, the remaining will be at Travel Tourism. Most of my Property Clients are from the Tourism & Hospitality line too, which makes it more easier for communication and also transition towards better understanding. Need advice in Property (Valuation, Sales/Rental , Land Matters, Tenancy Agreement & etc-Seek Me Thou Art :) - will help and assist what i can.
