On TV or in the newspapers they are constantly putting "experts" on from various thinktanks. Don't be fooled by this form of propaganda. These groups are controlled by the people that rule over us. The messages they send their minions out to sell us are what they want us to think. No matter how good the name of the institution sounds, or how nice the person looks that is the spokesman, you should realize its part of the elaborate con game that has been happening for decades (if not centuries). The next time you see these "experts" you should say to yourself, "why are they trying to sell me this story?". That is the way to free your mind and realize what kind of matrix you've been living in.
