An excerpt from Coert Coetzee Article on South Africa's Expropriation
"
The EFF wants all assets to belong to the state. The ANC supported their motion in parliament. It's not just land, it's all your assets - but let's focus on land for now.
Supporting the EFF is probably the dumbest thing the ANC has ever done. The EFF is already bragging about how they control the ANC's decision-making processes. Maybe the ANC will eventually realise that the EFF is capturing them. If not, it's just a matter of time before all real estate in South Africa will belong to the state and to trusts. All private persons will rent their houses and farms from government and to trusts.
I think many of you would now want to know why trusts will still own their properties?
Eventually, trusts might also lose their land, but it might also never happen. Why?
A massive part of South Africa belongs to trusts, especially to two groups of trusts, namely us, the Treocians, and Traditional Leaders, of which the biggest part belongs to the Zulu nation, directly under the trusteeship of His Majesty King Goodwill Zwelithini himself. The King already started a fund to fight the expropriation of the land owned by the Ingonyama Trust.
The King does not really need funds because he already has the most powerful "funds" at his disposal. The powerful votes of the Zulu Nation - and that, my friends, is what I like. By default, the King will be the biggest ally of the Treocians in our fight against expropriation of land in trusts. If he wins, we win. Changing private land ownership laws will be easier and less risky than changing trust laws. Government will not tamper with laws which can cost them their power!
As I wrote in a previous article, in order to please their supporters, government will have to expropriate something. They will go for the "low-hanging fruit" first. Make sure your properties are not "low-hanging fruit"! The King of the Zulus will help us to ensure it, but never underestimate the value of one of our other allies, the banks!
What can you do to help yourself and to help our cause?
Place everything you have in a Treoc Trust and, if you already have a trust, bring it to us for review, because without the right wording and administration it is worthless and will not protect your assets.
This week, we've decided to appoint a legal team to represent our thousands of trusts and present submissions on their behalf at the Land Expropriation Commission when it starts with its proceedings this year.
