For example, the BBC is accessed by 59% of adults. Their Net trust (those who trust it less those who don't) is 22%; broken down by party ID, net trust is 29% amongst Labour and 15% amongst Conservatives.
By contrast the top American outlet, CNN, is accessed by 25% of adults. Net trust is 6%; among Democrats net trust is 52%, among Republicans -54%. Fox news is similarly polarised.
The most untrusted news outlet is Murdoch's Sun newspaper. It's accessed by 8% of adults. Net trust is -53%; amongst Labour -66%, and amongst Tories -49%. You have to wonder who is buying it. UKIPers?
