Installing a decade old TV Card... Will it still work?

I found an old Tv/Capture Card I bought in 2008. I had used in on an old Windows XP system years back but had forgotten about it. I wanted to see if it would still work on a modern computer. Surprisingly it still worked under both windows 7 and windows 10 ! It is an old hauppauge WinTV-HVR-1250.
