I had to come up with a way to get unprotected jumpers into two different splice enclosures. Because of time and this being temporary I had to hard splice one side of the jumpers so the switches could be turned up.
We have a 3" innerduct carrying the 8 jumpers till it reaches the slack coils where we split into two 1" split ducts that can be secured into each enclosure. To insure that the split ducts wouldn't move in or out of the three inch i used long zip ties securing the joins with electrical tape
