IBM and Air Force US are working together to create a supercomputer to reproduce the functioning of the human brain.
This computer will be equipped with 64 TrueNorth Neurosynaptic chips - connected to each other like the synapses of the brain.
In total these chips represent the equivalent of 64 million neurons and 16 billion synapses.
Each heart is part of this network and they operate in parallel with the other. Moreover these chips do not need a conventional processor to operate.
And if one of the hearts no longer works, it would not prevent the machine from continuing .
The purpose of this computer will be to analyze behaviours and for the big data.
