There was three million new users signed up to Telegram over 24 hours during Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp experiencing significant outages worldwide.
It was announced by founder CEO Pavel Durov on his Telegram channel.
Lots of us know that telegram is similar to WhatsApp and currently runs on user donations rather than the targeted ads.
