I know I promised more shots of my trip to Vegas, and we'll get to that.
On the way down from Orem, Utah, to Las Vegas, I had to stop by the Cedar City Temple. I have visited almost all of the Utah temples up to this point, of which there are many, and I simply had to check this one off my list.
The Cedar City Temple can actually be seen from the highway, embodying the idea of being "set on a hill." The simple design is augmented by a blue-roofed spire atop which stands the angel Moroni. Beautifully arranged flower beds provide color and variety to this stately temple.
Now I've only got three Utah temples to go!
