American teenager Coco Gauff has landed her second WTA title after defeating Wang Qiang in the final of the Emilia-Romagna Open.
The 17 year old won the final in straight sets 6-1 6-3 in a game which lasted 1 hour and 14 minutes to claim her 1st clay court title at Parma.
This victory came 19 months after she won her first WTA title at the Linz Open at age 15 after defeating Jelena Ostapenko, former French Open champion.
Gauff still has an opportunity to add another silverware as she pairs with Caty McNally to face Darija Jurak and Andreja Klepac in the doubles final at Parma
