Hi Tesco Malaysia, I just made a purchase over RM30 @ Tesco KSL Taman Abad, Johor Bahru. However, I was not given the RM8 voucher at all (it's not printed on the receipt either).
I approached the customer service staff and she referred me to look for help from the staff who attended me. The staff simply told me that "there's nothing she can do if the voucher cannot be printed by the system".
I find the customer service at Tesco very unsatisfactory and unfriendly. I would like Tesco Malaysia to give an explanation on this. Merry Christmas.
