A visionary is often a tremendous individual of extraordinary skill. Elon Musk fits into the category.
Sadly, for all their visions, they tend to be the types who are unsuccessful at maximizing the potential of a company. For this to happen, often another person is needed who has the skills to handle the daily operations.
Based upon his recent meltdown, Elon Musk also appears to be proving this point.
