Fix the Gun Control Data Base accuracy and usefulness
a. Apply Six Sigma principles to database and bring accuracy to six sigma standards.
b. Implementing an ongoing audit system of all reporting agencies to insure they are properly reporting those not permitted to have firearms to the database. Bring reporting accuracy to six sigma standards.
c. Make public database of those who have lost their right to bear arms due to being a danger to themselves or others, similar to the sexual offender database. This database does not provide any information on a specific person other than stating if an identified person is has lost their second amendment right due to being a danger. Instruction are provided for what to do if you have information someone on the list is in violation.Get people whom are a danger to themselves or others onto the gun control database.
a. Utilize the Baker Act in the if there is a substantial likelihood that without care or treatment t the person will cause serious bodily harm in the near future.
b. Setup a uniform way for family, community members, health professionals, and law enforcements to initiate an immediate investigation and add dangerous people (deemed so by due process) to the gun control database if they are found to be a danger to themselves or others. Insure due process and punish abuse of process.
c.Increase the age to purchase a semi-automatic firearm to 21.
