สวัสดีเพื่อนๆชาวไทยทุกๆท่าน,
วันนี้ผมขอพูดเกี่ยวกับบางเรื่อง ที่เกิดขึ้นเมื่อ 2 วัน ที่ผ่านมาที่มีเรื่องขัดแย้งกัน
เล็กๆน้อยๆในชุมชน....เมื่อสองวันก่อน มีโพสต์ของ ชาวต่างชาติในหน้า #thai
แท็ก และในโพสต์ ได้พูดเกี่ยวกับ เรื่องการสร้างชุมชน ขึ้นใหม่ ในตอนแรกผมก็
นึกแปลกใจ เพราะว่าผม ไม่เคยเห็น หรือได้ยิน เกี่ยวกับสมาชิก กลุ่มนี้

และเนื่องจาก เนื้อหาในโพสต์ ไม่ได้อธิบายให้เข้าใจ อย่างชัดเจน จึงมีการแสดง
ความคิดเห็นขึ้น ในโพสต์ของเขา....หลังจากที่ ได้พูดคุยกัน ทุกอย่างก็เคลียร์ และ
เข้าใจกัน ชัดเจนขึ้น ทั้งสองฝ่าย....สิ่งที่ผม พยายามหลีกเลี่ยง คือการแบ่งแยก
ของสมาชิก ในชุมชน และชุมชนเรา เป็นเสมือนครอบครัวใหญ่ Hive account@travelling-two
ไม่ทราบเกี่ยวกับ ชุมชนไทยมาก่อน....และสิ่งที่ ชุมชนของเขา ต้องการก็คือ การ
อำนวย ความสะดวกสบาย ในการพบปะกัน ระหว่างสมาชิก ในชุมชนที่อยู่เมือง
ไทย....ผมได้เริ่มทำงาน ร่วมกับ 
Hive account@michaelcabiles มาพักหนึ่ง เพื่อสร้างชุมชนใหม่
สำหรับชาวต่างชาติ ในประเทศไทย โดยใช้ #thailand แท็ก ส่วนกลุ่มของ
Hive account@travelling-two พวกเขาเพียงแค่เริ่มต้นโดยที่ไม่รู้เรื่องเกี่ยวกับ
ชุมชนไทยมาก่อนและไม่รู้เกี่ยวกับโครงการที่ Hive account@michaelcabiles และผมกำลัง
สร้างอยู่.....แต่หลังจากที่ได้คุย กับพวกเขา และอธิบาย เรื่องความแตกต่าง ระ
หว่าง 2 แท็ก ผมจึงได้เห็นศักยภาพ ระหว่างสองชุมชน ดังนั้นผมจึง ให้พวกเขา
ทำงานร่วมกับ Hive account@michaelcabiles และผมจะช่วย พวกเขาอีกแรง....เป็นการผสม
ผสานความคิด ของพวกเขา กับโครงการ ที่ผมกับไมเคิล ได้เริ่มทำไว้ การทำ
แบบนี้ จะได้รับผลประโยชน์ กันทุกฝ่าย นอกจากนี้ ยังทำให้ชาวต่างชาติเข้าใจ
และเห็นได้ชัดว่า #thailand แท็ก มีไว้สำหรับพวกเขา และ #thai แท็ก นั้นสำหรับ
โพสต์ภาษาไทย และสำหรับคนไทย ที่เขียนสองภาษา ยังสามารถใช้ ทั้งสองแท็ก
เป้าหมายหลักของ Hive account@travelling-two ก็คือสร้างชุมชนชาวต่างชาติที่อาศัยอยู่เมือง
ไทย.....พวกเขาไม่มีเจตนา ทำให้ชุมชนไทย เกิดการแบ่งแยก หรือแตกความ
สามัคคีกัน แต่อย่างใด, และยังเปิดโอกาส ให้สมาชิกชาวไทย ได้พบปะกับ
สมาชิก ชาวต่างชาติ หากคุณต้องการ สำหรับการโหวต จากคิวรี่ ก็ยังคง
เป็นไปตามกฎ เหมือนเดิม พวกเขาไม่สามารถ ใช้ Voting Power ของคิวรี่ได้
เนื่องจากคิวรี่ สามารถโหวตให้เฉพาะ โพสต์ภาษาไทย หรือไทย -
อังกฤษเท่านั้น อีกอย่างชุมชนนี้ จะมีส่วน ช่วยชุมชนไทย
ทำความสะอาด โพสต์ภาษาอังกฤษที่อยู่ ในหน้าไทยแท็กอีกด้วยครับ
เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายนี้ ผมขอให้นำแบนเนอร์ของเราติดแบนเนอร์ของ
ผมจึงแนะนำ ให้พวกเขา วางแบนเนอร์ของเรา ไว้คู่กับแบนเนอร์ของพวกเขา
เพื่อนำทาง สมาชิกชาวไทย ให้มาในทิศทางของเรา และนำทาง ชาวต่างชาติ
ไปตามทิศทาง ของพวกเขา และทาง 
Hive account@thaiteam ก็จะเพิ่มแบนเนอร์ ของพวก
เขาไว้ในโพสต์ และจะเป็น เหมือนดั่งสะพานเชื่อมต่อ ระหว่างสองชุมชน
ดังนั้นผมจึง ขอแนะนำ ให้สมาชิกทุกท่าน พยายามสร้าง มิตรภาพที่ดีต่อ
Hive account@travelling-two และ 
Hive account@waybeyondpadthai พวกเขามีความตั้งใจที่ดี ทาง
Hive account@thaiteam จะยังคง ให้การสนับสนุน โพสต์ของคนไทย ที่อยู่ใน #thai แท็ก

Today I would like to talk a little about something that started 2 days ago and it trigger some little fights. Two days ago a new post shows up in the #thai tag about a new community. First of all I was also surprised because I never seen or heard about the people behind it Hive account@travelling-two and also because the idea for this new community wasn't well explain. After commenting on their post and talking to them everything become clearer for them and for us. What I was trying to avoid like in every community is the division of our people, as we are really like a big family. So Hive account@travelling-two wasn't aware about our community and the idea behind the community was to facilitate the meetup between peoples in Thailand. For sometime I was working with Hive account@michaelcabiles on creating a new community for foreigner in Thailand around the #thailand tag. We already put some work on it even we not start the community yet, we were working on it as building community has to be done in a proper way. Hive account@travelling-two on their side just start it, without knowing about the actual Thai community and the project of Hive account@michaelcabiles and I. After chating with them and explaining the difference between the 2 tags I started to see the potential for the two communities. So, I ask them to work with Hive account@michaelcabiles and I will help them as well. The mix of their idea and the project Michael and I work on can benefit all of us. It will make clear for farangs that #thailand is for them and #thai for Thais, also the Thais who are writing in both languages or two languages can use both tags. Also, it will permit our people to meet some foreigner coming to Thailand or living here, some of our people can be a guide in the province they live. So the main focus of Hive account@travelling-two is farang. This will not take our unity away, it will not take our voting power on Curie as we can vote only Thai content that follows the rules, it will bring opportunity for Thais to meet foreigners if they want it, it will help us clean our tag from foreign content and other positive things. In a way to achieve this goal, I ask them to put our banner next to their banner to direct the Thais in our direction and foreigner to their direction and Hive account@thaiteam will also add their banner and we will make the bridge between the two communities. So I encourage everybody to calm down and be nice to Hive account@travelling-two and Hive account@waybeyondpadthai as their intentions are good. Hive account@thaiteam will continue to support only Thai post in #thai tag.
