What Is #thealliance?
Loving the community we are building here everyone! If you are reading this for the first time, let me put it in as simple of terms as I can. We are a TEAM of quality content creators and curators. We make it a point to do several things for each other. First and foremost, we try very hard to visit each other's posts, and at the bare minimum, make a comment. This way, we all know you were there and what you thought if you choose not to make your presence known in other ways. I know you can't upvote everyone's posts effectively, but knowing you were there and showing your support is vital. It's just like saying, "hi teammate, we got your back." Real simple.
Of all #thealliance members, this is the one you should pay the most attention to. His sole purpose is to be trained to engage and support #thealliance activity. Now, some of you may or may not have noticed, but our little pet is growing, bigger by the day. He used to automatically upvote and resteem all members' posts. However, since he is becoming more valuable, he is being more selective with his voting and curating. ONLY posts with #thealliance tag from a member will be resteemed and tweeted. He will also be doing his best to maintain his voting power up around 100% every day and so, will only be upvoting the best content he sees. If it's a 'killer' post, you'll know 🐬

This week so far, as I said in the last update, has been a week of new beginnings. Stronger engagement and a new contest is spelling out great things for everyone involved. #thealliance Sub-Groups
Since we are seeing a few genres of personalities here in our little community, I would like some feedback on an idea. New tags to help classify our lovely citizens. We have several photographers, several stackers, some crypto freaks and some good bloggers. If anyone thinks this is a good idea moving forward, please let us know. Tags would be something like thealliancephotography or thealliancestackers or things like that. It would be a way of being in more specific and 'higher class' categories since all of us here are quality creationists, separating your posts from general ones.
Two New Alliance Affiliates
As many of you are aware of, has been selling his votes within #thealliance. We are in the process of creating our very own assassin and votes will soon be bought from him instead. He is The Sneaky Ninja and can be seen . He's going to actually be a character for us, we've created a backstory, have been working on some neat graphics, it's gonna be great, you'll love it! The other affiliate is . It only made sense to pick this profile up and use it to our benefit. This particular profile will be doing what is called 'The Featured Member' posts where every week,
a different member will be chosen at random and put in the spotlight. I am also debating on moving updates to that profile as well.
