The Greatest Speech Ever

This in my Opinion is perhaps the greatest speech ever. The worlds greatest speech wasn't made by a politician, leader, dictator or philosopher. It was written by comic actor Charlie Chaplin, 74 years ago. Till today it remains one of the most rousing and poignant speeches on film. 

With the events happening around the world where politicians voted for offices are enslaving their own people , dividing their own people and killing their own citizens.
