I did it! I overcame my nerves and I took my camera and my setup gear to the Bulldog Charity event and prayed that people would come...
...and they did! In fact, I had so many people come that I couldn't fit everyone in on the day and have had requests since for home visits. How amazing is that.
It was such a fun day. My husband and I love dogs, so it really was a joy to spend the whole day playing with other peoples dogs as well as taking their portraits.
(I will spread the photos over a few posts otherwise the pictures may take too long to download)
Here are a few of my favourites and don't forget to click the image for the full screen versions...
Little Lily 14 weeks old...
Lily is such a sweetheart! She was a natural poser and I took so many photos of her that I didn't know where to start with picking the final images! She is so photogenic :)
Next we had the gorgeous girl, Angel. Look at here little face!
Angel...
One of the funniest characters we met during the day was this little guy, Rocco. He was hilarious! Even his picture shows his character, such a beautiful soul and so much fun to be around.
Rocco...
Just look at that smile! He really was so much fun...
Finally for this post, the gorgeous Major! He is a bit of a celebrity in the UK. His antics are widely know and he has even won awards for being the naughtiest dog!
He lived up to his reputation that day by giving me a huge kiss... and just about broke my nose doing so Haha I didn't mind though, he is such a handsome chap. This was taken seconds before we collided.
Major...
We raised a huge amount for bulldogs in need of care and a safe environment as well as veterinary treatment so this was truly worth every moment.
I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who supports me on here and your words of encouragement.
I would never have done this if it was not for you guys and steemit as I only discovered my passion for photography through this platform and actually bought my camera using steem that I earned during my first year!
I also want to say a massive thank you to , who's tips in his previous post really helped me during the phtoshoot.
You guys rock!
Thank you so much for dropping by, much love BB xx
