Concept art of New Kowloon, inspired by the demolished Walled City of Kowloon in Hong Kong. Both cities are famous for their self organized, anarchic nature, but only New Kowloon in Los Angeles has the infamy of being created by The Tear. The interior of Kowloon - than as it is now - is notorious for it’s dark hallways and ramshackle nature.
