Desde hace unos años me empecé a interesar por el mundo de las flores, se que para muchas personas no son mas que plantas sin ningún uso o interés, pero cuando empiezas a conocerla te das cuenta que son mucho mas importantes de lo que pensamos. En esta ocasión les quiero hablar de una flor muy especial y bella, la rosa canina o rosal silvestre, es un arbusto espinoso de hoja caduca (pierde sus hojas en invierno) pertenece a la familia de las rosáceas, puede llegar hasta los 2 metros de altura, sus flores pueden ser rosa pálido o blancas y son conformadas por 5 pétalos. Es una planta nativa de Europa, aunque se encuentra dispersa por todo el mundo, en España se la puede encontrar en cualquier parte del país, desde el nivel del mar hasta los 1500 metros de altitud. Como muchas otras plantas tiene propiedades medicinales, se puede usar contra la gripe, resfriados o incluso como laxante además de muchos otros usos curativos.

It is a plant native to Europe, although it is scattered all over the world, in Spain it can be found anywhere in the country, from sea level to 1500 meters of altitude.
