If you're interested in Life Extension practices and feeling absolutely amazing, read on...
Today's post comes to you from Saturday night, one week ago, out of Santa Monica, California.
Vincent, one of the members of our group pictured below, is friends with the owners of the establishment CryoZone.
CryoZone provides the opportunity for its patrons to stand in a sealed "Cryochamber" where your dry, bare skin is exposed to super-cooled air from -220 all the way down to -295 degrees Fahrenheit.
I'll explain why anyone would ever want to do that to themselves, in just a moment.
First,
Here's what that looks like:
Imagine the first three seconds of what Han Solo must have felt like in The Empire Strikes Back, right before he lost consciousness being frozen in carbonite...
Thank you Google Images!:
Vincent had made arrangements with the owners to open CryoZone for a private, after-hours visit for our group, 4 hours after the facility had already closed!
This experience was phenomenal, and a special shout-out to Hunter, the Cryo Technician, who was, and is, a scholar and a gentleman.
'Nuff respect Hunter! ❄️🤜🤛❄️
Two separate and distinct chambers are available:
This is the one that can knock the temp down to -295:
I went DEEP and asked for the full monty -- and YES! It was cold and uncomfortable, but not for very long 🙂
You wear doubled up socks 🧦 under a pair of comfy slippers, along with thick gloves in order to protect your hands and feet.
Underwear stays on, a cover goes up over your head with your head outside of the chamber, and BOOM, here comes the cold!
You start to shiver, your friends cheer you on, calling out to you how much longer of the two minutes you have left, and it's a RUSH.
When you get out, after you've put your clothes back on, the endorphin (aka endogenous morphine) has kicked in and you feel amazingly charged up!
Here's our happy group after all of us each
"Felt the Freeze":
The health benefits are many; one of them being the anti-inflammatory processes that are triggered from the burst of cold exposure.
This was a highly invigorating and positive experience; if you ever have the opportunity, do try it out!

My Highest recommendation goes out to CryoZone and their fantastic crew.
If you're fortunate enough to see Hunter, tell him Craiggles says what's up and show him this post!

It's a brand new week
