It's almost lunch time but still a good morning Steemians! I am feeling better now. I missed posting here in Steemit, oh my, it’s been over a week. Before I start, how are you all my fellow Steemians? I hope you're all in good health because health is so important to us. They say health is wealth, and that is very true, so we need to be more watchful as the diseases are widespread. We need to be cautious from those who have infectious diseases and we also need to exercise daily to boost our immune system. That will serve as our shield against common diseases such as flu and common colds. Always eat nutritious foods like fruits and vegetables as much as possible. I remember when I was a kid, my mother always used to say that eating ampalaya (bitter gourd) will make me stronger and will keep me away from illnesses. I don’t know but since then I started to like ampalaya despite of its bitter taste. I really appreciate what my mom taught me. I can still remember most of her pieces of advice when I was young about what should I eat. She said that fruits and vegetables should not be missed in my plate because it will benefit me.
