I took this picture this afternoon and almost forgot to post it!
So much craziness going on. We were able to pay some love forward tonight. A couple just moved in to their first apartment together and had nothing.
So I was able to donate some blankets, brand new pots and pans and other kitchen items like plates and cups, even a vacuum. I hope they get a lot of use out of it all and I wish them the best of luck!
It feels so good to be able to give to those who need it instead of being on the recieving end.
Also, I took the kids to see A Wrinkle in Time. Holy crow! It wasn't quite the drama I expected, but my memories of books from my childhood are ridiculously over romanticized.
For example, my memory of the Boxcar Children was that the little girl was DYING not simply a little feverish. Lol!
That said, it was an amazing movie. The family was not what my mind expected, and that made them so much better. A mixed race family, the movie portrays them adopting Charles Wallace which is so freaking great!
And Meg's personal growth is fantastic. Love, love LOVE this movie!

Here's the church today. :)
