Actually many people want to launch their own token but they don't know how so here are the different ways to do so :
From Scratch : I doesnt recommend this method because it will cost you a lot of time
Waves : easy to use template, you just need to buy a wave token to create your own one, easy as pie
Ethereum : after creating your private chaintest, you can add some features that the ethereum blockchain doesn't have (examples: Gnosis, Ethbits, Lunyr ...)
