OK, bit old news now, though not that old, and the establishment want
him back in court so they can bang him up again.
He must be doing something right
(or wrong, depending on your politics)
The state did this with Nick Griffin too when he exposed the grooming scandals.
The establishment tried to jail him.
It was a Jury trial, and the Jury decided that though they might not Share Griffin's views,
he had a right to free speech, so he was released.
Undeterred,the Govt changed the Law, retrospectively, so they could have
another go at Griffin and try to jail him again.
What happened to Double Jeopardy ? where you could not be tried more than once
for the same crime ?

oh yes, the Govt repealed that, Now you know why, so enemies of the state, can be repeatedly
trialled until the state gets the 'right' conviction.
So now they can keep bringing you to court, until they get the result they want,
Whereas under double Jeopardy law, anyone taking someone to court had to make sure
they had a very good case.
This is a lot like the eu when a vote doesn't go the way the eu wants (like Brexit)
They make the public vote again (like Brexit and calls for a second referendum)
It seems the same is now happening to Tommy Robinson.
