In response to the 10 and 25 percent tax paid by the United States in Aluminum and Steel, the EU has set 25 to 50 percent counter tariffs on a variety of products including whiskey, motorbike, shoes, a few types of clothes, washing machines and orange juice. It has been effective since Friday.
