Short story.
While depositing STEEMs on Binance I've made a misprint in memo. Tokens didnt show in my account and so i wrote a refund ticket. And this is what I got in responce.

To handle your issue, please confirm that your account has passed level 2 verification first. We do not handle this issue for accounts under level 2.
Also, please provide
- Your email address on file with Binance,
- TxID/transaction ID/Tx Hash
- A video of the withdrawal record from the source wallet or exchange.
- The video should meet below requirements:
- Yourself must show up in the video.
- Please make sure the video shows your whole login process from the sender platform, website URL, and withdrawal records like transaction ID or hash and date. if you are using stargazer wallets, nano ledger or any other personal wallets, please show us the wallet address or public key in addition with Transaction details like Hash or TX ID. The video size should not exceed 20 Mb if you wish to submit an attachment in the ticket or you can upload your video to your private confidential drive and provide us the available link to watch or download your video.
Please be kindly notice that we are not able to proceed with your request if any of the above-mentioned details are missing. Please make sure you have provided all information as required. We will check and credit your funds as soon as possible if all details are confirmed.

Of course I won't do all that and never see my STEEMs again. It wasn't a large sum hopefully.
