I am having the same trouble. Could you make a video explaining how you catch these trades? I'm new to coinigy and find this the most confusing aspect. Are you using limit or stop/limit to trade?
This might be so simple and obvious to you and others but I need help explaining how each one works and why you might use one over the other.
