Every days, in the last months, there are news about States and Governments announcing an intention to create rules and laws for the crytrocurrencies. That process is going to happen for sure, but it will take time - months, or years, not weeks.
Anyway, also today I see web news talking about that: Japan, Philippines and Russia could be on their way to regulate (and that mostly means: binding) crypto trading.
As I said, this is going to happen, and it is not necessarely a bad thing, even if that will mean taxes and restrictions.
At the moment, anyway, it's hard (for me at least) to distinguish between real news and fake news created for speculation. So every news is to be considered cautiously. Grain of salt - IMHO.
