Oh, yes. The house sold back at the end of May. That was when Murder Dog and I hit the road (almost 6 months ago). The permits for the bathroom and fence I added are still being held up, but everything on my end has been handled. Just waiting on the Town of Hempstead to finally get off its ass and sign off on them so that I can get my remaining money out of escrow.
