If you are visiting Singapore, Jurong Bird Park is one of the places that you must not miss to visit. It is the largest bird paradise in Asia and it is open daily.
My brother and I went there on my birthday. We arrived there just in time for a series of the bird shows. During the bird shows you can see, birds of all shapes and sizes flew around the trainer, landing on specific wooden poles and perching on the trainer’s hand. I still remember, it was during the “birds of prey” show, the eagles appeared out of nowhere, flying down, almost into the audience.
The highlight of the bird shows was when the trainer asked the audiences, who were celebrating birthday on that day to stand up, there was quite a number of us stood up, and then to my surprised this Amigo, a yellow naped Amazon sang birthday song for us. My first ever birthday song sung by bird!
My brother and I walked around on foot and able to view quite a number of different birds. I guess, it is good to go there in the morning if you want to avoid crowd, I noticed that from noon start to get quite crowded. Indeed one of the attraction place in singapore!
