#298 - Domesticated wild hogs.
We stayed in a village called Buscalan where the famous traditional tattoo artist Wang-Od lives. The small village is high up the mountains and need to have a motorcycle ride for about 20 minutes from a waiting shed along the road of Tinglayan.
After hopping off from the motorcycles we rented to bring us at the end of the road that leads to the village, we had to walk a trail of up and downs the mountain for almost an hour. Then we arrived at the home of our host and rest for a few while waiting for our turn to get a tattoo.
I went out for s while and took photos of these wild hogs which are domesticated by the locals. There are a numbers of them roaming around while these group just wanted to lie down.
Here is another angle of them hogs doing siesta.😊
After we got our tattoos we went around and walk and took photo of the road where we came from using motorcycles. It is on another mountain and the area is really remote that walking takes a couple of hours getting here from the main road. The road also looks susceptible to land slide, hope not though.
These two last shots were from the mountains while we're on our way to Kalinga. This is vast and mountainous while the blue sky is lit. The temperature was hot too even though we are high up the mountains.
